1997 is actually my 4th favorite year of Phish (1995 being numero uno), and in my opinion, the most overrated. It's the second year into the end of great song writing, with notable exceptions in Ghost, Water, and Black Eyed Katy. It's also the year the Trey slop started to show up. I remember being very upset about this at the time

Having said that, I think this is a good list. I definitely agree with the assessment of 12/29. My only other comment is that the groove established in the 12/7 Psycho Killer is all time for me and that show is definitely worthy of a top 20 ranking.
