Rift

TweezingSpaceRanger Hands down the best gin jam I've heard live. But ive only been touring since 2013. My favorite Gin is between this version, the 97 great went (obviously), and the 98 Riverport Gin which is my all time favorite. Just the thought that I've have heard a live Gin from Magnaball that can be spoken in the same sentence as the 98 Riverport Gin is a tremendous life experience that I will forever be grateful for!

CameToPlay Like 27:53, 12:35 is one of those time timestamps that I will forever know. Trey is playing an old video game and decides to hit the turbo button. They really could have quite successfully ended it after that first "peak", dropped back into the Gin riff at around the 14 minute mark, and we'd still be talking about it. But fortunately they didn't. As we head toward the 18 minute mark, I can't get the image out of my head of 4 animals circling each other waiting to attack. The best jam of the best tour of 3.0.

- Check out the Wharf Rat like sequence at 14:45. Page hints at it before Trey jumps on. As with most of the Dead teases/sequences we thought we heard this summer, probably not by design, but a really cool sequence nonetheless.

n00b100 It's only been 35 days since they played this bad boy (as of this writing), and it already feels like a jam so famous and legendary that it's impossible to *actually* talk about it. 2003-type sludge, 2015-type bliss, two unbelievable peaks, and it closed a damn first set on top. One of the truly unimpeachable classic jams of the Magnaball festival, Summer 2015, 3.0, and the live catalog.
