Like all Phish songs I love Friday. When I have a bad day at work on a tuesday I think about these lyrics. The only theory i have as to why some fans don't like this song is they have no experience dealing with the dreariness of a five day work week and every day is saturday for them.
Great Track, people liked to hate on in during 2.0 but when they played it i made sure i was breaking it down like no one was watching, when everyone was sitting down, most likely watching me scream and jump up and down and boogie to this one! (i didnt care!!) WHY ISNT IT FRIDAY TODAY? the motto of my life!!
