Notes: This show, one of the most commonly circulated from this era, is mislabeled on many tapes as 8/27/87. Teases were everywhere, including La Bamba lyrics in the Low Rider Jam and HYHU teases during Mike’s Song and before McGrupp. Before Mike’s, Trey teased I’ve Got Spurs That Jingle Jangle Jingle. Sections of Fluff’s Travels were teased before McGrupp. The third set was heavy on jamming and light on lyrics. Harpua was played by request and was re-started after the opening lyric, which was repeated. The intro to Sparks was extended while Fishman relieved himself. Trey delivered some freestyle reggae rapping before and during the Makisupa Jam that some fans have labeled the “Mouse House Rap.” This show contained the first known performances of Bundle of Joy and BBFCFM.
