Review by Barney_r

Barney_r This was my very first Phish show and also my first time going the infamous Stone Church. My brother and sister were up visiting me at UNH and we headed to Newmarket for the night because some friends told me there was a really cool band I should check out. I walked in the door just as they started playing "Good Times Bad Times". I was hooked, the band, the bar! I moved to Newmarket the next year so I could go to the Stone Church more, and of course, I got hooked on Phish. I knew it was something special right from the first note....The whole thing just blew me away, had never heard or seen anything quite like it...Standing inches from the stage watching these guys that kind of looked like freaks just ripping it up...people were just freaking out everywhere around me...I was just amazed by the whole scene and was wondering.... who is this guitarist and why is he drooling all over himself....
