Full Name: Steve-O

    Despite his appearance at a show that became heavily circulated, very little is known about “Steve-O.” This mysterious fellow, introduced as “Steve-O from New Orleans,” played washboard (or, as Trey put it, “whatever the hell you call that thing”) for both encores (first “Gumbo” and “Touch Me,” then “Fee” and “Suzy Greenberg”) at Arrowhead Ranch on 7/21/91.
