Sofi Dillof is best known as the former wife of Page McConnell and the leader of the “Meatstick” dance craze; all her 1999 and 2000 appearances feature her demonstrating the dance for the fans. But pick up a few older shows to hear Sofi actually lend vocals to a few numbers. The first, 5/9/89, was at the release party for the original Junta cassette. The second was at Amy’s Farm on 8/3/91, where Sofi assisted The Dude of Life in performing “Bitchin’ Again” with Phish.
