Cameron McKinney

How could the life of a kid be any cooler than to appear on-stage with Phish? Try appearing three times. McKinney came out with a ukulele for the “BBFCFM” encore on 4/18/92. Rumored to be only seven years old at the time, Cameron even had the honor of counting out the breaks in the song. The next year, on 3/14/93, he appeared on-stage playing a keyboard that didn’t seem to be connected, sang the chorus to “Reba” and did the Indian War Dance. Then, McKinney added a saxophone to “Simple” on 11/28/94. Of course, Cameron holds the record for youngest musical guest: At age three, he “played” guitar during “Jesus Just Left Chicago” on 5/14/88.
