Enc: Changes

   * - Just before going into Shadow of a Man, they played a bit of Cygnus X-1 (Rush, from Farewell to Kings). Wearing his glowing eyes, Les sang the spacey distorted intro to the song that's about flying into the heart of a black hole. At some point later, Les made the comment that "All the Worlds a Stage" had been recorded at Massey Hall, where the show was taking place. "All the World's a Stage" was Rush's first live album released in 1977 and it had indeed been recorded at the musical landmark. A new power trio tipping their hats to Toronto's own power trio!
** Trey said that he wanted to play another song for us, but he hadn't had a chance to learn it yet. The song he wanted to play was Big Joe Mufferaw by Stompin' Tom. Stompin' Tom Connors is a Canadian folksinger, sort of a goofy Johnny Cash. When the band came back on stage for the encore Les sang the opening words to Big Joe Mufferaw, and asked if anyone in the crowd knew Stompin' Tom.

Opening band was Dinner Is Ruined (rather than The Cancer Conspiracy).

[About the HPB]

HPB DETAILS:
The Helping Phriendly Book is the common name for the Phish.Net setlist archive, the collected lists of songs played at Phish concerts from 1983 through today. The HPB is brought to you by the work and contributions of countless fans at absolutely no charge. Please note that while the HPB continues to be the first source of recent setlists, as well as an important online reference, the Mockingbird Foundation has published the most complete and accurate setlist database available anywhere (with research assistance from the band's official archives) in their book The Phish Companion. For definitive setlist data, please refer to that document. Thanks, and happy listening!

Copyright, Credits, and History: Read about who has worked on the HPB over the years, and see your name if you've contributed!
ZZYZX's Phish Stats: since the HPB search capabilities are rather limited, we encourage you to use ZZYZX's Phish Stats. Please try the variety of powerful tools he offers before emailing me in search of a setlist. Thanks.
