02/25/2001 The Best of the Really Big Shows - Northampton Academy of Music Theatre - Northampton, MA

At a variety show put on by the Northampton Arts Council, drummer Jon Fishman and author Kurt Vonnegut made a surprise appearance together. Vonnegut scatted through a jazzy number, while Fishman played the vacuum cleaner. The duo was backed up by members of Special K and His Crew, a band which includes Vonnegut's grandson Max Prior.
