Sesame
Street.... ?
Trey's mother, "Dina",
was a writer/editor for Sesame
Street Magazine. She has written a number of children's
books, mostly published in Ireland. They wrote stories and songs
together, and put out at least three albums
together: Quentin the Quackless Duck,
Timothy Tatter's Sad Gloomy Day, and Large Motor Skills.
More recently (circa 1995?), Dina wrote a book to accompany a television
series, Virtual Reality Rangers. She's also done some work
for the Sesame Street website, including "Make
your own lunchbox". (Special
thanks to Aaron Klinger, 1/5/01.)
In the the Sept '96 issue of Sesame Street Magazine (p.19,
shown above; click for larger image), the
Count is counting to nine, nine
fish doing various activities. There's
one fish playing with alphabet blocks, making a tower. On the top,
the little fish spells out FISH. On the
bottom is spelled out TREY. And there's
a suspicious character near the bottom left playing a Languedoc!
(Special thanks to Chris M. Thiede
9/13/96 and Paul B. Roth.)
