What are they singing in "Fluffhead"?
Page seems to sing "Fluff came to New York" and Trey seems to sing "Fluff came to my door" resulting in the confusing sound "Fluff came to my dork", a line one netter says refers to a magical moment of male puberty.
Of course, only they really know what they're singing, and there are plenty of examples where they've fibbed or fixed lyrics. The "Bundle of Joy" section used to be (eg August 21 and 28, 1987) part of "Harpua", and (like the "Clod" section) didn't join the rest of "Fluffhead" until the Spring of 1988. (date?)
"I genuinely believe that you can't fool people with music." -- Trey Anastasio, on CNN 2/13/99
