JMart It’s inconceivable to me that someone hasn’t heard 12/7. Fireworks, man. Hot show

Whenever I mention 12/6/97, it’s usually after I’ve told someone about how 12/7/97 in Dayton was killer. I’m partial because Dayton area is a 2nd home, but one could also listen to 12/7/97 and tell that 97 was a year to be remembered — but I agree with your writing 12/6/97 and especially those jams are forever in the phish-lore. However, I’ve always felt that 12/7/97 Nutter Center deserves more credit in general than it gets compared to 12/6/97. Many people leading up to the Dayton show in ‘17 had never heard of the 97 show there & didn’t know the venue had any significance. The ‘17 Nutter Center Show was the ‘13 Glen Close of the 2017 tour, but its on us to encourage the noobs to checkout ones just outside of the heavy hitters like 12/6/97...and 12/7/97 if definitely one of those that I always mention if asked for new older shows to checkout. Now I’m sure many did hear about the 97 Dayton show on here when they returned in 2017 and I’m not making the case to take anything away from 12/6...I’m just saying to me 12/7 is nearly as special and should be referenced more by us.
