What is a "triple nipple"?
Four Phish songs refer to nipple slicing: "Fee" ("Milly took the paper and sliced him on the nipple"), "Sloth" ("Slice your nipple"), "Punch You In The Eye" (), and "Sanity" ("You can slice my nipple", e.g. on Junta). Additionally, "The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony" may refer to nipple pain. A Triple Nipple is the appearance of any three of these in the same show.
Only one show, 10/26/89, has featured four of the nipple songs (Fee, Sloth, Punch, and Oh Kee Pa). 3/26/93 had Fee, Oh Kee Pa, and Punch; 8/19/88 had Oh Kee Pa, Punch, and Sloth; and at least 12 shows had Fee, Okipa, and Sloth. Sanity rarely appears with more than one of the others. (Thanks to ZZYZX's Stats Page!)
The reputed setlist for 8-21-87 set II suggests another triple nipple, including the segment "Fee, Skin it Back > Low Rider -> Oh Kee Pa -> The Sloth", but there is not really an Oh Kee Pa in there, unless you consider any of the early meandering jams as Okeepas. (Thanks to Stephen SMB, Kevin Little, and Mark Toscano.)

FWIW, <SkaRBF@aol.com> asked (3/1/99), "if they play scent of a mule and split open and melt in one show would that be called a double soam?"
