The chorus to "You Enjoy Myself" has been said to be Italian. Reba might be Russian. And "Yamar" might have some Spanish. But Hebrew is most prominent, particularly "Avenu Malkenu" as the fixed middle of "TMWSIY", and "Jerusalem City of Gold" as the end of "Demand" on Hoist and performed in various other places live. According to David Swartz (9/25/94), Phish also "play 'Shalom Alychem' from time to time. [when?] That's the song that was in the Abrams/Zucker movies like Kentucky Fried Movie." And as Jake Roeker pointed out, at "4-18-92 Trey has Mike do a 'Passover' solo." And this frequent connection makes sense. Mike and Fish are Jewish, and one group claims that Phish audiences may be 30% Jewish. So far, no Phish songs use Esperanto, Ojibwe, Klingon, Swahili, and Zulu. (Thanks to Forte for the links!)
